Doesn't it feel like this Summer is never ending? With temperatures in the high 40s, it’s hot, hot, hot. The ACs aren’t helping much either, especially with kids back at school and doing all those outdoor activities. Here are some tips for cooling down the kids and yourselves!
It’s handy and works like a charm. Get your kids small spray bottles and fill it with water. They can keep spritzing themselves the entire day, especially while doing sports outdoors or on their long walks.

Give them water bottles with straws. They’ll definitely drink more water, too.

Plan your day around the heat!
Run errands early in the morning when it’s cooler. Stay indoors during the afternoons when the sun is highest in the sky. And reemerge only when the sun has gone down in the evening!
Spend as much weekends as you can at the pool. It’s a fun activity for the whole family. If you don't have access to a pool, the inflatable kiddie pools work great in the backyard or on the balcony, too.
